Cancellation Policy

Wedding Entertainment Booking Policy We’re so excited to be part of your special day! To make sure everything runs smoothly, here are a few simple guidelines for bookings, deposits, and cancellations. Securing Your Date A 20–30% deposit is required to lock in your date and entertainment package. This deposit is non-refundable, as it guarantees that we hold the date just for you. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding. Cancellations We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works: More than 90 days before your wedding – no extra charge (deposit is non-refundable). 60–89 days before – 50% of the total booking fee is due. 30–59 days before – 75% of the total booking fee is due. Less than 30 days before – the full booking fee is due. Changing Your Date If you need to postpone, don’t worry — we’ll do our best to move with you! Your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 12 months, as long as we’re available. Please note: changes within 30 days of your event may incur extra costs. Life Happens If something completely out of anyone’s control happens (like illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions), we’ll work with you to reschedule. If a new date isn’t possible, we’ll refund everything except the deposit.
